Oceanic Textile Enterprises was established in year 2000. Its primary business is indenting, import, and distribution of spinning machinery and spare parts. The company’s head office is in the commercial heart of Lahore. During the last ten years most of the textile companies have moved their head offices and mills to Punjab, therefore, Oceanic has made Punjab its target market.

Our Staff:

There are ten full time staff members with special emphasis on marketing. Each of the marketing staff has about ten-year experience in the textile industry.

Ahmed Shaffi (Managing Director)

Mr. Shaffi has a MBA in Finance from the US. He was the owner of a spinning mill and a garment-stitching unit. He has been working with Chinese companies for the last twenty-five years. He is the representative of CMEC, CMIC and SEC for the power plant sector. He also maintains a representative office in Beijing.

Mr. Shaffi comes from the "Chinioti" family". This family owns about 70 percent of the textile spinning of Pakistan. His sisters and first cousins own more than 2.5 million spindles.

Furthermore, as Pakistan is traditional society family connections are very important to introduce a new product or resell existing products. Mr. Shaffi visits China almost every two months.
